Company is top rate. We had a 20' pole installed. Rocky soil required serious hand excavation and depth of the base took some hard work. Ground was slightly sloped but pole is perfectly plumb. We ordered a 'flying saucer' light for the top of the pole which the crew didn't install, and we didn't realize it until after they left. A call to the office at 5:00 pm resulted in a promise to make it right. We left the house early in the morning and magically the light was atop the pole a few hours later when we returned. Wonderful company! Had them instal flags on an existing light pole at our go kart track in New Braunfels. They did a WONDERFUL job, were very quick and the flags looks great!

I ordered a flag pole over three months ago. I paid in full on the day of order. To date I haven’t received the flag pole and Ameritex cannot give me any information as to when or if I will receive the product. I am told they sent an email and called their manufacturer but haven’t gotten a response back. They told me this is acceptable!
