Service was alright not the best , best part was honestly just the rooftop pool and hot tub , buffet closed on the weekdays
My husband and I had reservations for a couples massage which we unfortunately had to cancel. We had not been told of a 24 hour cancellation policy; in fact, we were told our credit card would not be charged until we arrived at the spa. We were charged for services we did not receive.
