Recently found myself in the mortgage payoff department. After multiple calls, I went back to the one person who answered Friday. Mr. Tony Birch, Customer Service Rep! He was the most helpful, he even emailed me back after with more information. Every-time I called after not one rep could find my information, but Mr. Birch didn’t hesitate to help even when it was out of his hands.
