Waited for customer service for half an hour and nobody ever tried to help or acknowledged that I was waiting, customer service has declined since the branch manager quit, I've left messages for the branch manager from the Jackson and locust Grove offices to call me with no response from either branch
I went in to open an account... All features were explained and processed quickly and easily... I am now a happy customer of Ameris Bank! Unfortunately the debit card machine was not working, so I will return when it is to get my debit card... I'm only disappointed they do not have the little stuffed lions available to buy or receive... I am now a happy customer of Ameris Bank!
Big shout out to Ms. Brittany for great service and attention to detail today. Very helpful in setting up the Ameris app. Today at the Jackson location.
