Great customer service. Donna Lunsford was very helpful setting up a new account. I would highly recommend Ameris Bank and especially Donna to anyone who is looking for a full service bank.with great personal attention.
Staff is excellent. They will greet you and are very responsive and helpful. The online experience needs improvement. I was not able to use the mobile app at all (Ameris Mobile). I got a message "your device is not compatible with this version". Well, I did not see another version and my device is compatible with the version used by other banks ( I'm just saying...). Downloading transactions history is limited. Other than that, its a great bank for now.
