Martha was awesome. Thank you for all you do.
First time to this branch and didn’t know that it was by appointment only. Martha Conners asked me questions at the door and asked if I could come back 30 minutes later and she would help me. And she did! She was professional, courteous, and kind. She gave me her card so I could make an appointment next time around. Thanks for making my day!
Martha was great! Just really really wish there was an ATM at this location. This branch has been here for a few years, and it appears to be the only AmerisBank in Charlotte.
Martha Connors was extremely helpful to both me and my mother. She was also super kind and overall a joy to talk to. I can't state how grateful we are for her help! I would give her more than five stars if I could. I love this bank, app is very easy to use and they are always quick to help when I need it.
Mrs. Martha Connors is the absolute best. Her friendly manners are the best, super quick and accurate in everything she does, keeps close contact with you and explains thoroughly. She has helped me and my daughter with banking and housing and we always go to her for help. Can't thank her enough. Easily ten stars.
