We had to navigate a maze to get to their parking lot. Who designed this layout? One of their full size parking lots right next to the building has door access to the lobby WHICH THEY KEEP LOCKED!

If I could give 0 star, I would. I have a business account at Ameris Bank and was in a hurry to do a wire to secure a real estate deal. I went inside the branch and asked be helped with wire. I was told by a teller to wait a moment and someone would help me. I waited for about 15 minutes (I would happily waited longer if it wasn't almost 3 pm — when the cutoff time is).
