Very friendly and efficient care in solving my account problems.
So far so good! I had switched to Ally bank from MoneyLion because I needed a bank that did wire transfers. Ally bank was a huge mistake. I corrected that quickly with Ameris Bank. I've heard and read nothing but good things and have already talked to their customer service and they are polite, answer all your questions no matter how dumb and they love a good laugh. I hope they become my permanent, long term bank!
Satisfied with Ameris Bank! However, the branch manager for the Canton location Luis is not very helpful Or caring. Had to call the Woodstock location For further assistance. I really like the atmosphere and friendliness of the group in the Woodstock branch. I have never experienced it at any other bank. They take the time to get to know you.
