Very friendly, homey bank like banks used to be. I'm just getting started with them, will be fully involved as soon as I'm sure (in Oct) that my SS will be transferred to Ameris. Alyssa was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The most unprofessional place I have ever worked with. Beth was so rude and unprofessional, every question I asked there was an eye roll or sigh. Had both personal and business accounts, rarely could access or transfer funds when I needed. I closed both accounts due to terrible service. Never will I be back at this bank.
