Alyssa was an absolute pleasure to work with. They dont offer the financial perks the big companies do (but let's be honest all that fine print you more then likely wont get it unless you sell your soul anyways). I value customer service over bonus money so I would highly recommend as long as they continue to answer thier phone calls and call me by my name they will get 5 stars in my books.
