I needed to open a savings account at the Trenton Florida branch. Cherrell was the person who assisted me with my new account. She was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions completely. And she provided me with a packet of information and her contact info for any further questions I might have. She was very personable and kind. Thank you so much.
Fraudulent charge ($2,450) to my account - Ameris refused to credit the money back; refused to reissue the card used. Horrible bank!
