I was a victim of a scam where they received all my information.. Courtney was very professional. She went above and beyond to ensure that my account information was safe and secure. She closed their account that was in jeopardy and close the debit card She opened up a new account for me and issued a new debit card She was very sweet and understood how I felt which put me at ease.
