James Quintavious at the Peachtree City branch was extremely helpful in setting up digital banking accounts for me, including money market accounts and the ability to transfer funds. James was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Not only did he assist in setting up accounts, I reached out to him several times afterwards and he was easily accessible and returned my call promptly. He has my highest recommendation and sincere gratitude.
We needed help dealing with a fraud situation and needed to close out one checking account and open another along with a new savings account. Megan patiently worked with me and my sister to make it all happen. I don't know how she could have done a better job!
