Excellent service from out banker Matt.
Ever since they changed the management at this Branch wait times have become out of control they take customers out of order and my last deposit took over 10 minutes and it took other people ahead of me because the one-dollar I get is too busy to do my deposit if I didn't have to go through hoops to move the accounts because I used this for charity military organization I pull the money now and they will lose my personal one
Mobile app alerted me to fraudulent transactions and once claim was processed Matt@ PTC branch followed up with me daily so future transactions were taken care of and claim was processed quickly. Opened a new account transactions were recovered and processed to new account within a week. TY you Ameris, Matt and crew for your professional, caring and courteous service it goes above and beyond it this day and time. TY Very Very Much
