Awful Customer service!! Spoke to 4 people over 15 minutes each just trying to get my username for mobile app. They can’t figure out the problem, but they can’t email it, text it or tell me what it is.Told me I had to go to branch office. Why not tell me that to start but more importantly why ask me for my account number Ss number mother maiden name etc. to verify it’s me and then verify it and not be able to give me any information??? Ridiculous!!
