Our account was recently hacked and it looked like we were going to be out of a considerable amount of money. Everyone at the Ameris Bank in downtown Palatka, FL were helpful to us through that trying period, especially Jayde Baggs and Marissa Williams. Excellent service although issue remains u resolved at this time
Will not be going back to this location . My family highly recommended ameris bank to me after having a nightmare with TD bank . the teller Allison was extremely rude towards me I waited what seemed like forever , when I finally get to an available employee I am not greeted, she gave me unprofessional remarks because I was in the negative (not by much. I would highly recommend looking for another bank in palatka . I went in and was seen by an employee named Allison who miscounted my money when I politely told her the amount was incorrect she told me she knew how to do her job and completely dismissed me , once I again politely told her she miscounted MY money she walked off and had another employee recount and correct the error. I’ve been banking here for years and Allison made me feel stupid, uncomfortable and so out of place.
