You need to start reading about all the disgruntled customers in St. Augustine who are posting on FB. Two different friends have posted about issues and those threads just caught fire. Seriously considering moving our account because of all the difficulties that have been posted recently. A big part of the problem is that Prosperity was well known for positive customer service. Not good, folks!
