I had the pleasure of working with Grant Simon and his team in the Orlando Ameris Bank. It was clear that the customer comes first by putting your privacy first. Before earning our businesss, he recommended to opt out of terribly annoying calls first before pulling your credit for rates. That really earned our trust, especially after finding out another loan agent from another bank had pulled our credit and calls came pouring in nonstop. You guys amazing keep going
We went to the Ameris Bank in Daytona, they saved our livesss! Without them, we would have been stuck overnight. They went out of their way to make sure that we got our cashiers check to purchase a truck. My boyfriend and I are beyond grateful for this staff. If you are thinking of banking here, then do it! Not only are they accommodating, but they are amazing at catching fraud.
