I had the pleasure of working with Grant Simon and his team in the Orlando Ameris Bank. It was clear that the customer comes first by putting your privacy first. Before earning our businesss, he recommended to opt out of terribly annoying calls first before pulling your credit for rates. That really earned our trust, especially after finding out another loan agent from another bank had pulled our credit and calls came pouring in nonstop.
