What an absolutely horrible bank and horrible employees at the bank. Got a bank account online, verified everything, issues a bank account, then never received a debit card, bank statements, or access to online banking. After close to 3 MONTHS - still trying to get it closed as it was never properly opened. Alex Hill, Andrew Garcia, and Chelsea Aguirre are horrendous at their jobs. Staff is always accommodating and friendly. The make banking easy
Everyone at the location was great the teller recommendedme to open an accountso she didn't have to charge me the check cashing fee. So i went to Katie eho.opened my account with great service thanks Ameris
I've always banked with them ever since arriving to America but at times so new tellers are rude.
