We opened a savings account with Ameris. The representative of the bank was an incredible lady by the name of Twainya Dortch. She epitomizes customer service and what a banker should be. She guided us through their process with humor and efficiency. She made it clear that she was there for us. I have dealt with many banks over the years, but Twainya is a whole new type of banker.
