Ameriprise Financial There are two reviews from 2005 posted here that have no connection to the practice of Stephen Pulley, CFP in Huntersville, NC. Neither author has directly used our services. Perhaps they had accounts with Ameriprise through another advisor, or directly with the company. Our small practice in Huntersville has been recognized in Charlotte Magazine for both 2008 and 2009 as Best in Client Satisfaction.
Customers Service or Customer RUN AROUND I contacted Amerprise to have the account liquidated. After bieng on hold for over 30 munites I was able to speak to a repersentive who is located in the Phillipines. Since there was a typo on my date of birth I was told he had to contact the back office and another 30 minutes passed, when the Amerprise Repersentative returned he told me he could not help me with and information on releasing my funds. Great people, rip off I used their services for a little over 1 year, but am no longer with them today. The people here will take good care of you and will accomodate you and make you feel important. But don't forget, you're paying them lots (read: LOTS) of money to do this.
