Called to check on my loan status and gave my information and ticket information was repeatedly ask " Am I speaking with so and so right now . Due to my voice .I said yes and he then asked again when I asked "Why?", he got real quite and kept saying hmm ok ? if you have a biased opinion of trans people and community (which I am not but my voice is soft) you should not be working with the public it's 2025 come on now.
