I have never had a problem with this company. Everything fits perfectly for me and my daughter. Yes its mail order and credit is available. Just pay on time. I have no complaints never a problem with this mail order company. I'm very satisfied. 7/24/23 why didn't they tell their customers they are filling chapter 11 bankruptcy. How do we pay our bill. I always paid online. I can't even get to the payment online.

What a horrible way to layoff all your employees without advanced notice.
My elderly mother ordered from Dr. Leonard right before Christmas. They cashed her check but did not ship her merchandise. In fact, when we called, they had no record of her order. We mailed a copy of her cancelled check with a letter of explanation. They sent a letter saying they received our correspondence but needed a copy of the check (which we had already sent).
