I recently scheduled a 15 minute consultation to answer a few general questions prior to hiring Amerilawyer to create my PLLC in Texas. As soon as the appointment was scheduled, I received a follow up email rescheduling the appointment for fifteen minutes later than the first scheduled appointment. Terrible... I paid a lot of money to create the LLC and publish in NYS... They made a mistake in the name when sending it, Now I am receiving a lot of papers with the wrong name and they are not even replying my email or giving me a solution. BIG MISTAKE using them...
