Not one to leave bad reviews but Amerihomewon their prize in breaking my patience, because their servicing department for borrowers is terrible. Selling a property with them is very bad.
Greg Goldman-1455 Most disrespectful, condescending, disgusting human being I have ever spoke to. No Empathy or sympathy towards customer! If I could give 0 stars I would. I begged and begged for a supervisor and was told “are you gonna make the payment or not” I was told by 3 representatives that it takes 10 days for a payment to be drafted. Terrible customer service,
This is a terrible company to work with. Incompetent. They keep buying a second insurance policy and claim I do not have a 1 st policy. They have several technical glitches and no one ever knows what is going on or will help you.
