I called to ask about BCI/FBI background checks and was treated very rudely by the woman who answered the phone. I explained on my certification form that I was to make sure it was connected with webcheck. She made an effort to reply with dripping sarcasm that they are all webcheck. I stated I was asking to make sure it was acceptable for my certification. She responded with a terse question, "Anything else?" I asked if I could speak to a supervisor. She resonded, "You got 'er". I feel a lot better. The rude owner saved me $30. I should thank her. Pro Health Care Services in Groveport only charges 50$ versus the $80 quoted by Ameriguard.
