Amerifund was a good experience overall. As a first-time homebuyer, the process was definitely stressful, but the team helped make it manageable. One of the bigger challenges I faced was understanding the Loan Estimate line items. Even after they walked me through it, the order and complexity of the items can be hard to follow.
