Just closed on my 3rd mortgage w/ Carin and Arin @ Amerifirst. Their knowledge, professionalism and kindness are very much appreciated.
The loan process with Amerifirst was exhausting, frustrating and drawn out. We were really close to switching loan companies half way through because of the rediculous amount of paperwork needed. They asked for more than any other loan officer has ever asked for and it really started to feel like they didn't want us to get the loan. We only heard from the loan officer 2-3 times and mostly spoke with the assistant which was also frustrating.
