She helped me out with multiple loan applications, always there when we need her, if she is in the meeting you're sure she will call back or reply on your email. Terrible business hours, only open when most normal people are at work. Very slow at the counter, and employees standing around doing nothing. Stood in line for 10 minutes, 7 people in line and it didnt move at all. Employees were sitting around doing nothing. Would not recommend. Ridiculous overdraft fees, charges $28 instead of pulling from another account like some other banks. Interest benefits from a regular savings account are basically nothing, even with thousands in the account. Ill be looking for a different bank so... read more
This supposed "Credit Union" are scam artists. They charge you $28 overdraft fees every single time even if it's only a few dollars over. And what benefits do you get in return? None. BEWARE!!!
