Most Americu branches are great, and the office staff here have been very helpful in the past, but the tellers have an attitude and the branch manager doesn’t care. I had an issue with a teller, who made it very clear she could help me with my issue but absolutely refused to. I went to another branch and got the issue resolved no problem. I should not have had to do that. The branch manager was rude when she reached out to me.
