Great experience getting signed up for checking. Everything was explained very well
I gave this rating as i was not happy after paying on a 12 month loan automatically debited from my checkung account for the last 10 months, missing one payment do to illness. I recently applied for another loan to help with surgery i have to have to prolong furure health issues. Long story short, i was denied after my hard work showing them i am worthy. I never felt so non part of a credit union who preaches we care and can help ease your mind. Well, my mind isan't at ease 🤷♀️....
RyAnn was very nice and easy to talk to explaining everything in detail. Very positive experience
