I have been getting calls 1 -2 times a day about det and I don’t even have any det so who tf are they trying to get money from surly not from me
These people have been calling me for months about collecting money that I DON'T OWE! I'm this close to blowing up at them!
I realize it might seem odd to give a collection company a 5 star rating, but they deserve it. From 2017 through 2024, when my husband’s health went south, we have periodically had medical accounts moved to Americollect from our local hospital network and Mayo Clinic. Like many people, the cost of medical care, surgeries, medical equipment, etc. was FAR more than we could pay and due to all the health & life chaos, we lost track of things, ultimately landing with collection companies. UPDATE: These guys just called me to try and collect debt in the middle of a global pandemic. People are literally losing their livelihoods, their jobs and their lives and these people feel it’s important to collect medical debt from forever ago. These people are considered essential? Wow. These people have called me non stop. I had to block them and they still call me. I told to stop calling as they call me at exactly 8am in the morning them repeated times after. I have told your agents to stop calling me so many times I'm seriously about ready to sue for harassment. 0 freaking stars and I will be making calls to attorneys and sue you all to the underworld
