These guys are terrible and a scam. My debt was reported to transunion. I paid the debt and after it dropped off. It popped on equifax even after paying it off. I called in and they said there was a reporting issue. They asked me to pay for reporting and I told them I'm not giving them a single dollar when it's THEIR job to fix the reporting. They aren't supposed to call you but once a month.They continue to call 4 to 5 times a day!They can get in trouble for Harassment. If people had money they would pay. I'm more broke than a piece of glass.
Already paid the hospital bill and received what looks like a scam email. Can't trust anything nowadays.
They texted me I have no debts so they were blocked
We agreed on a settlement and I paid it in full and they still have an outstanding amount they say I owe. I called back and brought it up and they said we will take care of it and never did. I still have to call again cause they keep jerking me around.
