Cullen's main concern is the insurance company. Actually said that we lied to him. So slow at submitting information and would not return calls.
Super nice people, they explained the process to me and I was dealt with fairly. The guy that came to my house really understood the type of construction of my home and how to best get it repaired.
Very biased in favor of insurance companys.
The adjuster for Americlaim was professional and courteous. He showed up on time and spent time with us explaining the claims process.
