Love the products and the employees are great to work with.
I have had trouble with timeliness of service and availability of products. We are always having to wait to get products in, even though they claim to stock them. I then have to purchase other products until theirs come in. Very frustrating.
Was stood up twice when supposedly meeting with sales reps. No issue getting emails and sales and specials every week. Very unprofessional.
