First I got overcharged for my taxes. Then it was a pain to get the money back. I also filed for multiple years and I thought i would call the IRS and check on my tax return and they said there was no record of them even being filed. I then called Michelle multiple times finally she responded saying she would check on it and she never did and never got back to me. Ill keep everyone posted how this turns out.
