They could improve by actually becoming honest instead of committing fraud and theft whenever they can get away with it.
RecommendedAmerica's Stamp Stop in my direct experience is not an honest store to deal with. I noted a damaged item misdescribed as good which they agreed was damaged but left the inaccurate description and price on it to take advantage of the unwary. Do not trust the descriptions or pricing to be honest and do not trrust them with materials.

This is the best place to buy stamps in Michigan. In the spirit of friendly stamp-collecting, these clerks honestly educate all customers about their very deep collections. They make it fun and offer top-notch customer service. I trust these guys to be honest with me every time, and to give me a fair price on anything I bring in to sell, which I have done at America's Stamp Stop, with very happy results.
Many years of scamming unsuspecting people. They prey on those who inherit collections and don't know what they have. Bought a collection from a friend of mine. Told him that nothing he had was of value. The next week one stamp from that collection was in their showcase for almost 2 times what they gave him from the entire lot. They do this regularly. Know what you have or you will be scammed by these dishonest dealers. They'd pay $1 for a set of Zeps if they could get away with it.
Great Service! – I've had nothing but good experiences with Karl and Todd. They are very friendly and helpful. They have a huge inventory, If they don't have what you're looking for (which is unlikely) they will direct you to somewhere you can find it. Their knowledge and information is vast and includes a wide range of collectibles. I don't know how long citysearch takes to update info but both the address and phone number are wrong. Great and reliable place to do bisiness – I have done business with Carl and Todd for 7 years and have always found them to be very knowlegable and fair. When they have made an error in an appraisal, they have been more than willing to set it right. Some people come in to sell their collection without knowing its value.
