Vacuum bags, cleaners, Sewing machines This mom and pop shop is one of a very few stores to carry replacement bags for our Kirby vacuum cleaner. They service all makes and models of vacuums and sewing machines. The service is quick and the employees are friendly and helpful.
Do NOT do business here. Formerly, this was owned by a knowledgeable, competent technician. Now the people running it are grossly incompetent - to put it mildly. Had an older serger in for a simple repair (knife replacement), never got contacted, and we asked a couple of times about it. Was told it was out of the shop at their technician's. Finally they 'found' the machine, claimed that it was our fault we were not contacted because the phone # was wrong. The told that it would cost $65 for diagnosis and that no repairs had ... read more
Customer Service I had the worst experience buying from this vendor. I was cursed at; had a calculator almost thrown at me; and told I was stupid because I wasn't orientated properly on a serger machine. I had always had success with this vendor until I had to return something that I thought was defective. It wasn't. I just needed more training (which I had to pay for). I would have still purchased the serger from them if the customer service would't have been so bad. They have it clearly marked that they accept returns with... read more
