I had a great experience here! I needed a new mattress and frame, and Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me to the perfect mattress and adjustable frame that fit both my needs and budget. The prices were excellent, and the free, fast delivery was a huge bonus. Overall, I'm more than satisfied—highly recommend!
I ordered a king mattress on July 11th. It’s now the 29th and the funds were taken from the account weeks ago and still no mattress. I’ve reached out to them multiple times and no response. There’s no phone number. I called number available and it goes to Americas mattress who was no help. I’d be good with either the mates or my money back but if they’re not responding to emails how to I get either.

Staff in store was helpful, knowledgeable and patient while I tried multiple mattresses. Delivery team was courteous and efficient. Overall pleasant purchase experience.
