Auggie is an exceptional sales person. Very knowledgeable and offers many options without being pushy. We are very pleased with our new sleep system and bedroom furniture. Delivery people were on time, fast, and efficient. We returned to the store 4 weeks later to purchase new dining room chairs and we are just as pleased with them. Thank you!

I was so pleased with my purchase from the Springfield store. Most of all I was impressed with the salesman, Auggie, for his knowledge of my inquiries. He was very courteous and very polite and professional and if I ever need any other furniture I hope he's there to contact. I wasn't pleased with my lamp tables but after talking with Kinzie, she assured me that they will be replaced
