We bought with this company, the furniture for our NEW house, in one of the deliveries, one of the people stood badly on a step with the weight of one of the furniture and broke it. they said they would be responsible for the damage, they took pictures of the damage and so did we, we filed a claim, and they denied it because they say that the step of the house was poorly made, and that it was not their fault, they are not responsible for any damage they may cause to private property, and they tell us that we should call the ... read more
