I recently received a personal loan from ACU and the service I received was excellent. It was fast and efficient. Was pre-approved and walked out with the cash for the motorcycle I bought all in about 20 minutes. Also the employee that helped me to withdraw som cash from my savings before I started the loan application was very nice and also a great help in referring me to the person who helped me with the loan process. Hands down, the best customer service I have ever seen in any financial institution. The ladies that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Katie, she is constantly going that extra mile and steers me in the right direction so that I avoid shooting myself in the foot.
