Hands down, the best customer service I have ever seen in any financial institution. The ladies that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Katie, she is constantly going that extra mile and steers me in the right direction so that I avoid shooting myself in the foot.
These ladies take the best care of me and all my money needs! Delightful to talk to, fast service and open Saturday!!!
ACU is very hard to work with especially after their most recent updates to the mobile banking. Had I known how awfull to work with this bank I never would have become a member. I will now go through the process of leaving this bank!
