Been with the credit union for the last 3 years and everything was great. My loan officer was amazing, but then it seems once he left the credit union just fell apart. Places blocks on my card without notifying me. Doing a mobile deposit used to be fast and efficient. Now they put a two day hold on all checks. Which was news to me because I've deposited numerous checks and have gotten them pushed through the same day. When I called to inquire why she told me I needed to read the terms and conditions. This place cant do anything. Customer service is horrible and the employees cant do anything you ask. Seriously thinking about switching banks since its a problem one after another.
They are fast and friendly! Best of all no extra fees!
