Worst experience ever did not let me have a debit card for 10 years won't give me my account number held my check double the normal amount of time banks hold checks im disabled and it's almost impossible for me to get to the bank and they accused my friend that helps me and takes me to the bank of stealing money from me when all she was trying to do was explain something to me so I could understand
I have ever been coming into the Graham branch for 4 years, and have had the best service from the ladies in the branch. Jennifer Pinto, is the person I see the most. She knows my name, and has made a suggestions to save me money. One of her suggestions was to apply for a business Visa card to eliminate my monthly fees. I am thankful the level of service given to me, by all employees and the manager. Thank you ACU!
