Broken process and emotionless customer service. You have to go through 4 different people and get 3 different bits of information just to call and pay off the loan. I have never had such a difficult time PAYING someone. You can hear in their voice that the representatives are completely numb and have zero empathy for customer frustration, most likely due to poor policy, process, and management.
