Stopped in today for the first time and purchased Kangaroo, yes Kangaroo!! Who would have thought. Had to give it a try, I am a filet mignon kind of guy and John encouraged me to give it a try. I cooked it the same way I cook filet, marinated it with Olive oil, Worchestershire sauce and Montreal seasoning then into the refrigerator for an hr. Yes I am a MARINE in the Camp Lejeune Area I had bought 3 cases of food from RAFAEL and I must admit at first I was very hesitant, but Rafael was very respectful and professional, the steak pack he showed me was an actual Usda prime pack, I was very impressed on the marbling and thickness on the steaks By Far one of the best tasting steaks I had ever had.
