Was a very great experience as Suzanne fixed my hearing aids and was quite knowledgeable!!!
Professional & thorough. Friendly & caring. Pam explained the insurance, appointments & follow up clearly & in a very friendly manner. Suzanne explained the process from testing to fitting & f/u care. Both are very nice & caring individuals. Excellent & exceptional care start to finish.Update. Had issues with first hearing aids so was offered a replacement. Excellent care.
I called made an appointment for a second option from another hearing test and Suzanne Crowell was excellent. She was thorough and explained everything. When I came in Pam greeted me and was super nice and friendly. I needed hearing aids and they went over pricing and everything was just a super experience.
This was the most detailed hearing screening I have ever received. I am amazed at how much better I hear now.
