They are so bad now! They made me late to my doctor's appointment.I called them and asked when was someone coming to pick me up and he started arguing with me saying that he received over 3000 phone calls about late rides and then he hanged up on me which wasn't even my problem.Find someone else for p transportation! Do not use them!!
Matt A Kovsh, We have more the enough drivers , how ever Medicaid made your trips a PPO means that we are supposed to pick up multiple riders going to the same location.
