Recently transportation to the ER for my wife was needed. 911 was called by her home health nurse and Allegience responded. All was fine until time to load her in the ambulance. They person in charge (arrogant and appearing inexperienced) refused to take the stretcher into the house. My nonambulatory wife was put into an office chair and rolled out and almos dropped. Their female paramedic is incompetent and instead of taking credit for her mess ups blames the emt. She shouldn't be a paramedic, and how she still has a license, is beyond me.
Poor leadership. They’ll be going out of business soon. They’re millions of dollars in debt.

Worst employees work there they parked where they want to at gas stations in their personal trucks and Justin from children at the gas stations
