I ordered two anti- furl 6 feet poles. The pole are two pieces, they’re held together by plastic threads. On 1 pole, In less than a month the threads wore down. The flag is attached to the pole with two plastic fittings. One of the mounting screws fell out (maybe wasn’t tight enough) and cracks started developing in the fittings. I’m an all weather 24x7 flag flyer. I don’t recommend this product unless it’s made with more durable components.
I have reach to customer support, they told me that I was out of the 30-day return policy. They did not offer me with any solutions! :0( , After few calls and persistence, I got someone to resolve my issue by sending a new Flag. Thank you for listening and help us to resolve this issue.
