The communication here is super poor. My loved one was previously signed up here. It wasn't a difficult process. Wanted them to actually attend so we started everything all over again. The paperwork has been tedious and not alot of explanation. It's roadblock after roadblock. So I take it as a sign that it's not meant to be. It is a horrible place and full of money scams from owners. Be really careful.
This place was wonderful for my Uncle. Great staff, super clean and buffet Lunch. They are great at redirecting the patients. Keeps them active. I am so grateful to Americana Senior Care.
