If I can give them Zero star I would because they are scammers. They suppose to come and pick me up but they said I didn’t now showed up when they are the one that never came. Not only they are lying by saying that, they will also block your phone number because they don’t want to hear the truth about they are accepting the rides but said that customer/patient didn’t showed up when it’s not true and expect to be paid by our insurances. I am making a complaint and request an investigation.

I wasn’t personally in one of their vehicles, but I witnessed one almost crash into two different cars and drive recklessly in Dorchester. Shouldn’t be doing that as a transportation company.

There was a mixed up with mass health and somehow this transportation company had an address that the patient hadn't lived at for over 6 months even though they had picked him up at his new place of residence earlier in the day they refused to drop him off at the correct address and left him stranded 40 miles away from his home on Mass Ave at Boston City hospital, not only did they do this to a 60-year-old man with a broken back in a bad hip, they were completely indifferent and offered no solution other than tough luck

if i could put negative stars about this place i would . never have i received such horrible service, Vladmir is a rude unprofessional person and treats people horribly , the drivers are dangerous and should not be on the road . how this business is still standing i dont know but STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
