I am absolutely convinced that any review that is not a 1 or 2 star is fake. This company is the most incompetent and slimy company I have dealt with. It has been months with no contact regarding my claim. I have followed up countless times. The sales team are absolute liars to lure you in and I do not even see how their tactics are legal. RUN. Run like your life depends on it.
Hands down the WORST national moving company I have ever used. STAY AWAY! Have moved nearly a dozen times nationally and internationally before and have NEVER experienced such a lack of professionalism or support. Not only was the supposed "binding quote" not respected and when the bill came for almost $3k more, their response was nothing; "you want the service or not?". Maybe they are better if you are moving on the East Coast, but if you are on the west choose someone else, you'll be thankful you listen to this.
HORRIBLE. You should understand that you won’t see all of the actual negative feedback because if they compensate for their mistakes and bad service, they make people sign documents that no negative online content will be posted about the incident in question. They guaranteed me delivery by a specific date and were a week late. Aside for $30/day, they take no accountability for financial loss the client incurs due to their unkept guarantees. They’re crooks. I cancelled due to an unexpected change in circumstances. According to their own contract I am owed a full refund of the deposit. They accepted the cancellation but now refuse to answer emails and phone calls from me. No sign of the money back. I’m going through my credit card company to get my deposit back. Definitely don’t book this company.
