My belongings were picked up from California on April 23rd. I was told delivery to Texas would happen within 2 weeks. It has now been over 4 weeks and I still have no update or status on my stuff. Calls and emails get no clear answers. Meanwhile, I’m trying to manage a family of 4 with no household items. Buying food, clothing, and basic essentials for weeks is extremely expensive. The worst!!
Terrible service, they just care about them making money and keep pushing my ETA. And the compensation is going to just be $30/day delayed? what a joke!! If you promise a range, you have to arrive between that range and even offer better ETAs so the people is happy, not the opposite and keep adding jobs to the driver. Is it possible to sue them ?
My initial thoughts on AVL were very positive and it was great to have it remain positive throughout our move. Radu, the driver who was overseeing everything from the pickup of our furniture and belongings to their delivery and unpacking was exceptional. Radu is a very special individual with a great heart and one who truly cares about maintaining a consistency of excellence with his customers. We truly appreciated all that he did.
