I have never had a worse experience with anything in my entire life. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT use american van lines. i can assure you ANY mover is better than this company. my delivery date has been delayed WEEKS and there is ZERO communication from my dispatcher Tamara. I have had to repeatedly call and beg for answers as to when my stuff is coming. There is no concrete expected date and no explanations for delays.
