American united federal credit union is the worst bank in America I ever tried to do business with tryed to buy a roll of quarters all that came out of the tellers mouth was are you a member I said no then she said unfortunately I can't sell you quarters she was a foreigner from sunny side utah she had black hair very rude . I will never open an account with that bank .

This bank dies not care about their customers. Our checking account was negative for less than a month. They called know that we had money pending that would come in on the 27th, but they closed our account anyway and refused to let us access the funds. They told us we would have to create a whole new account in order to get our money. This money is my wife's monthly VA Benefits and the bank blocked us from accessing it. Don't bank with this establishment because they will shut your account down without notifying you.

In my time of need the services have been denied. On the occasions of everything going great they throw offers...you would think that past accounts w them would be beneficial, but it's not.
